Do I need to register before placing an order?

You do not need to register before placing an order.  You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest.  Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. 

 

What if I forgot my password?

Click on ‘Forgot your Password’ under My Account or Log In found at the top right corner of our webpage and key in the email address you used to register your account.  A new password will be sent to your email address.

 

How can I change information in my account profile?

You can change your personal information in your account by signing in to your account to change information.  For security reasons, you are required to key in your current password to confirm the change.

 

Do you have a physical shop or stockiest?

Yes, we have our first store at The Hills Shopping Mall in Kuching. 

 

Can I do a self-collection?

This option is only available for customers in Kuching. You can pick up your order at our pop-up store at The Hills Shopping Mall (Hills Market, next to Mr. DIY). Payment must be made in advance. Once payment is made, please advise us the date and time for collection. Our email address is support@abovebasic.com. Kindly be informed that we do not accept exchange or return request in store as an invoice has been issued for your order.

 

Can I reserve an item?

Please note that item(s) will only be reserved for 24 hours, your order will be cancelled automatically if we have not heard from you. Item(s) will be released to the next interested buyer. 

 

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: 

1.  Interbank Transfers, ATM Transfers – CIMBClicksMaybank2u and PBebank. Please email us for account details. 

2.  Paypal - Accept VISA, MasterCards, American Express & Paypal account.

3. ABOVE BASIC Store Credits

 

Can I cancel or make changes to my order that has been paid?

Sorry, order that has been paid and confirmed cannot be amended or cancelled.

 

I did not receive an invoice for my purchase 

Check your spam folder of your email as the invoice could have landed in there. If it is not in your inbox/spam folder, you can email us at support@abovebasic.com and we will respond as soon as possible. 

 

Can I order from outside Malaysia?

Yes.  For international customers, you can make payment via PayPal.  Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance on the shipping charges, or you may the info on our Shipping Info page. 

 

What if I received a wrong or defective item?
