Our shoes are based on European sizing.
Take note that the foot is three-dimensional, any two-dimensional measuring tool can only approximate your true shoe size. Please also keep in mind the manufacturers use different lasts to construct their shoes, and sizing may vary accordingly. The size chart below is provided as a guideline to get your best possible fit.
* Some shoes come with narrower girth. If you have wider feet, please take 1 or 2 sizes larger. Alternatively, provide us with your foot measurement for sizing recommendation.
How to Measure:
To measure your feet stand on a level floor with the back of your heels against a straight edge or wall.
1. Foot Length
Measure your foot length by placing a ruler flat on the floor straight alongside the side of your foot from your heel to your toes.
Place an object with a flat edge straight across your toes with the edge touching the tip of your longest toe. Take the measurement (in centimeters) from the ruler where the flat edge crosses (see image below). This is your foot length measurement.
Please note that foot length is not equivalent to the length of the shoes.
2. Selecting a Shoe Size
If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up unless otherwise noted.
You may find one foot is longer than the other. In this case, please use the larger size when making your shoe size selection.
Generally the comfort of a shoe is sometimes affected by a combination factors such as size, cutting and heel height. For example, shoes with the same size but different cutting may not give the wearer the same level of comfort.
* We always recommend trying your new shoes on carpet before wearing them outside to check you have selected the correct size.
All clothes measurements provided on the site refer to the measurements of the clothing item and not the size it will fit.
The best way of checking if an item will fit is to measure a similar garment you have which fits well and compare the measurements. If we state that an item is labeled “To Fit XX” / “XXcm” please check this against your own measurements.
When we give the bust measurement on an item it is measured directly at the top of the size seams (from armpit to armpit) LAID FLAT, then the measurement is doubled giving the full circumference.
As sizing information on the labels may vary from brand to brand, we do not have a size chart for clothing. However you can find out measurement details on the product page.
